Have you ever heard of a Garilc Soup? One of the most interesting of the recent findings is that garlic increases the overall antioxidant levels of the body. Scientifically known as Allium sativa, garlic has been famous throughout history for its ability to fight off viruses and bacteria. In fact, garlic soup has a long and proud tradition as a medicine. The overall antioxidant levels of the body is amazing!
In addition, I've heard that 3 or 4 cloves and a pinch of turmeric with every savory meal can be very beneficial. "Garlic is truly a super food and I think I will put a whole row of nothing but garlic in my garden this year!"

Also, adding a tiny bit of turmeric makes it even healthier.
